Shipping was fast and I appreciate the importance of requesting the VIN number to ensure the part was appropriate. I ordered a complete engine electrical connection kit and there is definitely a difference between Rubicon and non-Rubicon and manual/auto wiring harness. Unfortunately, I had to order the more expensive set and the only complaint I would have would be that for over $2,000, I would liked to have seen this get wrapped in bubble wrap and not just thrown into a box which gets kicked around in shipping.

They did well with quick delivery of the seat switch I needed. However, the switch doesn't work. To be fair I got busy and didn't make time to return it or to communicate this problem with them. Three stars is a balance between good service and a broken product.

I ordered parts for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler from this company. I ordered a rear sway bar, sway bar end links, and all the nuts and bolts associated with this job. MPG decided they did not want to ship me a couple of the nut and bolt items I ordered. I am unsure why they did this because they never communicated it to me. So, I found another source that could get the parts I ordered and get them to me quickly because I needed to get this job done, and I did not have weeks to communicate back and forth with MPG. I ended up using the sway bar, but everything else was useless to me now that I purchased the links and everything else from an honest company. Now, MPG wants me to pay shipping and a 20% restocking fee after they cannot fulfill my order. Needless to say, their policies are horrible, and I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Do yourself a favor and order from elsewhere.
