Easy to navigate site, parts I needed were in stock at a fair price. Time to delivery was reasonable, no delays.

I like the parts inventory being online with the price. The major negative I have is the time it took to get here. It got delayed somewhere and I believe it took a couple days ( maybe three? ) to be sent to the post office by them in the first place. It has been a little while since the order and now I'm being asked? That is a little slow too in order to be able to give an exact recollection everything. Anyway, I will order from them again for sure. Lastly, I would give 4 or "maybe" 5 stars if they got it ready for the post office or ups/fed-ex faster and then shipping wasn't slow. Oh and the date will be wrong when I enter it I'm sure. It's been long enough so I don't remember ( what month or if it was even this year or end of last year ) when I ordered.I'm entering something just to complete this review for them like they asked me to.

Parts took extremely long time to arrive. Part was damaged but no way to tell if it was damaged until installation (it was a plastic oil cooler for 3.6l motor) so because it was installed I couldn’t return it Part was cracked on the inside. I bought a Dorman Aluminum oil cooler from ORilleys with warranty. Will not buy from you guys again. No way to get money back, slow shipping. You may be cheaper than National Auto Parts stores but it’s not worth doing business with you in the long run

Fair price for items ordered and delivered in a timely manner. Greatly recommend

I was surprised to even find the part I needed, but they came with a recommendation from a very good friend, and the part came in perfect condition, exactly as expected, no complaints.

I ordered a part for my son’s car 3 weeks ago and it has yet to be shipped. I called twice to inquire about it but the representative was happy to reply saying they received my order, sent an email a week later for a confirmation (just wasting time), and then annotated in an email that the part would be sent in about 2 weeks. Mind you, this is a part they had in stock. The time is takes for them to grab the part off shelf and send it out is insanely slow yet they act as if it's normal procedures and I should be happy. Anyhow, I still haven't received the brake line I need to put my son’s car back on the road. I thought saving $25 was a smart move instead of ordering the brake line through the dealership but I'll never make this mistake again. After calling the company this morning I was told it would be shipped in April. I do not recommend this company based on condescending customer support and unsatisfactory shipping time.
