Im definitely not happy with their $9.95 "vintage part fee" W T F is that? Never heard of such a thing. I JUST placed my order, this bogus fee is same amount as shipping cost +/- a few cents. so basically they charge shipping twice. (2) $13.95 parts totalled $48. OK better news, despite all the warnings I got regarding scams with this company, they did send me parts. And they are similar to what I thought they'd be. But they weren't in factory packaging, had NO Identifying numbers, and measure thinner than my original. I have no idea if they are original actual genuine Mopar parts or not despite that being what I paid for. They do look better than the wannabe lookalike parts I previously got from an Ebay seller, (supposed to be same thing) and measure closer to the original part I removed than those did, but still thinner metal than the original. This very important spring is buried deep within my transmission and it is alot of work to replace if it fails again. Thats why I was hoping for at least the same spec, or thicker, than what I removed. I did add a star because they did actually send me parts but not knowing if they are truly OEM/NOS parts which was what I was expecting. IM STILL NOT HAPPY ABOUT THEIR BS "VINTAGE PARTS SURCHARGE" what a crock. I won't be back.

I ordered and PAID FOR a part on Saturday...today (late Monday afternoon) I received an email from MoparPartsGiant that my part has a NEW PRICE with an additional costs of $16.86 that I MUST PAY if I want the order to be completed. Again, this is almost 3 days AFTER I had already ordered & paid for it originally. I called about this and they kept telling me that the Dealer had gone up on the price for this specific part...to which I said "well that is YOUR problem...not mine". Unfortunately, I NEEDED the part so I paid the additional money...but I told them that this would be the LAST part I ever purchase from them! I have never in my life heard of a company coming back to a customer and DEMANDING more money for a product that has already been ordered and paid for!!!!

Ordered a part. Was given a delivery date. On the delivery date the order was still "processing". No one could tell me if they had the part nor when they would have one. I requested the order be cancelled and they did that no problem and refunded my money.

Purchased Spark Plugs, intake seals, filters etc. They sent the parts in box with one piece of paper as packing material. Because of this the spark plugs came out their boxes and were slammed around for a 1500-mile trip across the United States. Any Mechanic will tell you slam or strike a spark plug the chances of that spark failing is very good. This vehicle requires the intake to be removed to gain access to the plugs so not something you want to do twice. When I called them to explain they insisted I pay to send them back and pay 20% restocking fee for there poor performance. Do not buy anything from them unless you are prepared to take the loss!!!!!!

It was fast and easy

Ordered a part using vehicle VIN and part number provided by Jeep Dealer. Mopar Parts Giant substituted a part that was a different color and which was not noticed until installed in the vehicle by the dealer some time later. Called being willing to eat the $80+ cost paid to them but requested assistance in ensuring correct part is shipped with a new purchase. Encountered a rashion of SXXX and no way to talk to a customer service person
