Good product selection. Expensive prices and costly shipping. In reading the reviews for this company by customers, the responses all seem rehearsed and generic without any compassion or steps taken by the company to make the customer whole. I will not ever use this company again for any reason. I will just buy my parts at a Jeep dealership and at least save on the ridiculous shipping costs! Unsatisfied customer here!

They get 1 start because the part did actually come. I needed a valve, went to their site and saw the valve with the needed hose attached so I ordered. Part comes and theres only the valve, no hose. I go to my local dealer to ask if they sell the hose separately, they said “no” and any place that sells OE parts it should come with the hose and valve. This is where I get frustrated. I call to see if they sell the hose separately or was it not packaged. The customer service tells me “im not trained to do that im sorry, you have to talk to someone in parts or fill out a form online to return. The kicker is, typically electronic parts are not returnable. I call back and ask for parts, dept because I just want to know if the hose was overlooked or sold separately. This customer service agent told me “ you’d have to call back, im not trained in that dept” Ive learned my lesson and will never order from them again, ill just go find a local dealer where if something is wrong I can at least go talk to a person.

The site lookup showed the wrong part, even though I was specifically on the page for the drivers seat part. I did not look to see that it showed the same part number for both the passenger and driver side for the SHIELD-FRONT SEAT. When I requested a return, they did not care that the web site was incorrect. Their response was "you got the part you ordered". They allowed the return at a 20% restocking fee plus I paid shipping (per their return policy). Return policy also allowed them to waive the fee and send a prepaid label if the part was wrong. DO NOT trust that the site will show you the correct part.

Fast delivery

This place is the WORST. I ordered a part paid $176.86 for my part. It was delivered in bubble wrap and a label no box. I sent the part back with tracking info. They received my part on Aug. 8th it is now September 11 after repeated attempts to contact their customer service just gave me the runaround until I talked to a manager who didnt seem to eager to deal with the issue. and I received a refund of $88.74 when I paid $176.86!? Make this makes sense!! I will NEVER order anything from this company again. It is not worth the headache and they do not care about their customers or their customers satisfaction. They are pure scammers! Do Better!!

called them to see if item in stock they said yes. Then 3 days later they said part discontinued. I will have to pay 400.00 more to get one. total of 1,000. plus Had to order another part that fits they said in stock waiting to see if. they going charge more money.
