Even though I provided the VIN for my vehicle, your web site told me that a rear brake dust plate which was to small, was the correct part for my 2014 Chrysler Town & Country minivan. Not worth sending it back, as the shipping is almost as much as the value of the part.

This is the most dishonest, disreputable company I have ever dealt with. They sent the wrong thing because their website is misleading and the item is no longer available but they don't tell you that in the picture. They changed the part number and you get less parts. Then they want to charge you over 2 1/2 times the original price to buy the three items that originally came as a kit. Changing a part number should not mean you get less parts. They should not even have a picture of the kit on the website as it is misleading. Then they charge you to ship back their mistake. This company has an alarming 25% one star rating. If things go well that's fine but if there is a problem they are horrible to deal with. The lack of integrity and character from this outfit is appalling. Many of the reviews deal with the same basic issues I am having. Never buy anything here because sooneer or later you will deeply regret it. And their printed apologies in response to complaints are completely worthless.
