Not OEM Mopar brake pads as advertised. They are Beproauto brand, not Mopar. Asked for RMA so I can return for refund. Its been over a week, I've provide everything they've requested and still no RMA. They keep giving me the runaround and have now ghosted me.

Update: After a couple months of no refund or replacement of the defective shocks purchased I'm out $290. They are full of excuses and RMA procedures that the local dealership will not honor. They are no more than a storefront buying parts from other sources with no reasonable return process. They are rude on the phone and only offer usless AI generated responses to electronic inquiries. Buyer beware.

I purchased a part claiming to be a direct OEM replacement for the part on my vehicle. I used this company’s own search engine based on my vehicle’s VIN. I received a part that was NOT a direct replacement, and the company refused the return of this item because the brown paper envelope the part came in was “opened”. Warning: this company does not appear to be a credible business.

I purchased a part because it said "one day free shipping". It took this company two days to process my order, another full day for USPS to process it into the system and another 6 days before it got here. It's false advertising and a bait and switch and both are illegal. Go to contact customer support? I get a ROBOT!!!

MoparPartsGiant had the rear center wheel cap my 2003 Dodge dually needed. The only downside comment I have is the dealership cost.
