I visited Moon Nurseries Phoenix/Arcadia Arizona for advice for my sick Grapefruit tree. The person I talked to was Robert Banks. He was very friendly and went out of his way to help fix my tree. He also offered to review photos and help diagnose my tree issues. I was impressed with the company and its employees.

My recent visit to the tree store was alright. The selection was decent, though not overly extensive. The staff was helpful, but not particularly enthusiastic. Prices were reasonable, but I wished for more variety in the products. Overall, it was an average experience, with room for improvement in product diversity and customer engagement.

I called Scott for a estimate to plant a mimosa tree and replace rock in my front yard....my house is 1420 sq ft, not a big yard at all, he came back with a estimate for 9TONS of rock to spread at $4000.00, not even including planting the tree, I am still in shock at the price, I could understand if I had 2 Acres to spread the rock....... but seriously this project could be done with my average yard with 2 people in maybe 2 hours 9 TONS of rock is way too much rock, will be looking else where for better service.

I started my backyard journey in 2022 and 2023 my landscape thanks to the help of Moon Valley on McKellips in Mesa. The sales team and the Nursery Pro Ceser were wonderful. Cesar was a great help with plant placement and suggestions for my backyard.

I bought 6 Podocarpus Henkelii trees at Huntington Beach Moon Valley Nursery in May 2021. However three of them didn’t grow well, so I decided to try to exchange them (I bought insurance for three trees). I went there last week, and met Jackson. He is very kind and knowledgeable. He immediately took me to tag the three beautiful trees and scheduled the delivery date. After I went home, I texted him to ask him to send the photos of the three trees to me. He quickly sent the three photos to me. Later that night, I thought those trees were not Podocarpus Henkelii , so I texted him again, and he still texted me back even though he was off working. He called me to explain the three trees the next morning, so I felt totally relieved. One week later I got three beautiful trees in my backyard. I gratefully appreciate Jackson’s help. Also, I am so impressed by Moon Nursery that takes care of the trees very well, and the delivery team worked very efficiently. Even though the price is more expensive than other places, but it worth!

Moon Valley Nursery just planted a huge 25yr old oak tree in our backyard and it is beautiful. George and his crew were great. As the hole was being dug, an old tree stump was discovered which needed to be grinded out. It was scheduled and completed within a few hours. The guys also took the time to survey the tree multiple times and adjusted it to ensure it was perfectly set. I appreciated the attention to detail your company provided.
