I had great service and the great experience planting three large trees in my backyard, Luis Junior, Luis, Juan and Brian did an exceptional job they cleaned up afterwards and I was so Satisfied with their work and the trees that they planted I would recommend moon nursery out of Chino any day. Cristiana, the general manager brought an extra crew with her after they saw that there was gonna be extra work needed. My head off to Christiana and her team.

We had Moon Valley MVP Pro Care Service for our large palm trees. Brent & Alex were the 2 techs that came to our house. They were so professional, thorough, friendly and courteous. I rate them an A+. I would highly recommend this service to customers for palm trees and other landscaping. It is well worth having knowledgeable people take care of these palm trees and other trees.

We found a tree we loved a crepe Myrtle 6-8 years old ,Brandon was very knowledgeable and reassuring Matthew the district manager of also made sure that all was done right and smoothly,Mathew was truly a gentleman and man of honor he’s truly a dying breed when he gave his word you can be rest assured he’ll follow thru that a principle that’s no longer filled in business definitely will return and tell others this is the only game in town when it comes to decorating your garden with trees shrubs and flowers can go wrong Massimo and Young

Daniel at moon nursery is amazing. He has excellent customer service skills and incredible problem solving skills. When others would come clueless or come with excuses and obstacles, Daniel instead came with dedication, persistence, and solutions. He has a positive attitude and is so nice to work with. We had our back yard remodeled and got some plants for the front and it is the perfect haven that we were hoping for.

Moon valley had the plant I needed. This was special since it is a plant other nurseries don’t have. Kelly is the sales person who handles the order and made every effort to accommodate me. Steve did the planting. I was out of town and he called me and we discussed the placement of the plant from photos of the site and he understood exactly was needed and did an excellent job. He also made sure I knew that it had to be watered every day for a week. I am as pleased as it is possible to be with the service I received from the people at Moon Valley Nursery. Thank you so much. Jill

I purchase a Kumquat bush and a Navel Orange plant 2 and 1/2 years ago. I was told about a year ago given the freezes we have gone through it will take some time to produce fruit. I notice that both plants were grafted also. I visited the facility/nursery on Hwy 6 close to Sugar Land and the manager made an appointment to visit to view the problem. HE NEVER SHOWED UP TO MY HOUSE TO VIEW THE PLANTS. So much for plant insurance and commitment to satisfy the customer. Use this note to future customers about their word.

Yesterday, February 3, 2024, we met with Sales Associate Robert Banks at Moon Valley Nursery on 52nd Street in Phoenix. We said we were looking to buy a drought-tolerant, fast-growing, easy-care desert tree to replace a mature one in our back-yard that died as a result of last summer's extreme heat and years of drought. We said our knowledge & budget were limited, that we had $200.00 to spend. Robert Banks provided a wealth of information about desert trees and escorted us on a tour of Moon Valley's extensive inventory of trees of all ages and sizes. Other nurseries we'd visited had a little to no trees and no employees available to consult. Robert Banks was perceptive, intuitive, and informative--and an "ace" salesman to boot. We're happy with the tree we bought within budget that our Landscaper, Esteban Santiago, will pick up and plant Monday. We're optimistic that by following the advice of Robert Banks and Esteban Santiago, our tree will live and grow for years to come.

Bring a tape recorder to capture all the promises you will receive from the sales staff. You certainly won’t see any of those promises. Lovely plants; terrible service. And lots of lies.
