I received my Moon Pod, but the cover was missing from the box. I reached out to Moon Pod via email and Chris was quick to respond and dealt with the problem immediately. Very shortly after speaking with Chris, I received a notification that the order for my replacement cover was being processed. It was so nice to receive such excellent customer service, and I can't wait to get my cover and do some serious reading in my new Mood Pod. Planning to purchase the Lunar Lift and the Crescent soon as well!

I was shopping around for a quality beanbag chair, and was between this and those Lovesacs. The reviews here gave me a bit of pause, but they seemed to mostly have to do with issues unrelated to the beanbag itself so I went ahead and got one with a crescent pillow from Bed, Bath & Beyond. I think it's great! It's comfortable, and fits in better with my existing furniture than the Lovesac. Crescent pillow definitely takes it to the next level though.

Order the Moonpod, the lunar lift, and the crescent. Very satisfied with my products, they are incredibly comfortable. Additionally, I had a wonderful experience with their customer service. Mark in the customer service department was very helpful, and responded to my questions in a timely manner. Will definitely be recommending Moonpod to friends.

I bought the moon pod with the head and foot rests and love them! I have fibromyalgia and it's truly like sitting on a cloud. Keep up the great work..

My wife has chronic back pain from compressed discs. So much so that she sleeps in a lounge chair upright at night and never has a good nights sleep because of it I bought her this and it instantly has helped her be able to sleep well for the first time in 10 years. I also had questions for customer service and it was absolutely world-class Maiko was a rockstar and a great face for the company. I believe in balanced feedback. When I am unhappy I voice it. But I also feel it important to voice when I am pleased with a purchase and how I’m treated. The only reason I gave 5 stars is it is the highest rating I can give Moonpod and Maiko.
