I purchased a Moonpod for my dad in May; he loved it so that I decided to also purchase one as well as the Crescent. It is wonderful because of my residual pain I have from breast cancer; the Crescent allows me to have a firm support when I am sitting. I noticed that after several months that the Crescent was flatter than I thought it should be and reached out for assistance .. The Moonpod customer service has been phenomenal in helping me to get additional beads even though my first order was not received. Outstanding product and even more outstanding customer awareness and service!!!

I had just purchased the Moonpod and Crescent, taking advantage of the 25% off sale that was going on, when the next morning I received a text message offering an ADDITIONAL 10% off for their Black Friday sale. Needless to say I was upset that I didn't get that offer but being I only ordered the night before, I figured I'd inquire about it. I sent an email asking if I can get credited back the difference or would I need to cancel and re-order? Never expecting to receive an answer today (being it's Sunday and the start of the holiday season), I was pleasantly surprised when 1 MINUTE later I received an email response from Hiyezel, thanking me for reaching out, and notifying me that the difference has been credited back and that I would receive a confirmation email stating that as well. That same 1 minute later, I got the email. Nowadays customer service like this sadly does not exist much. This was a breath of fresh air and they have gained a customer for life. They made me so happy that I placed another order 😊👍🏻. Keep up the great work and thank you for making my day!

I ordered a moon pod plus the crescent when I received my order I got 2 crescent sleeves but no moon pod cover. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent out a moon pod cover the next day. Great customer service and very much appreciated. Billy Jacobsen

I placed my order for my moon pod. The next morning I received a holiday discount code. I contacted them by email asking for a price adjustment. I had a response right away and a credit to my form of payment. I appreciate a company with that kind of awesome customer service.

Customer service does not get any better than this. All other companies big or small need to stand up and take notice, period.

I ordered, in error, two lunar lifts. I notified the company before I received the product. They quickly replied with a solution. Fed ex and I never were able to communicate. Again, I contacted customer service. They arranged for me to return the item and upon receipt, they initiated my credit. They were efficient, accommodating and most of all quick to respond. Excellent customer service in a world where service seems to be eroding.

Absolutely amazing and the support is the best! I already have a moon pod and was getting 3 for business, as it’s nothing like the others. Super accommodating, instant support, and we can’t wait to float and have our clients make trips to the moon with the moon pods! Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service and amazing products. Whether you order the wrong color cover or need additional fill that’s out of stock, Moonpod CS is responsive and so helpful! The products are incredible - they are the highest quality and life changing if you have a bad back, hips etc. I cannot recommend this company and their products enough.
