On point Custer Service!
While I was ordering my moonpod, I ordered incorrectly (totally all my fault.) i reached out to customer service and then we’re so incredibly helpful and adjusted what I needed right away! Awesome!

Customer Service Over the Moon!!
The Moon Pod team was responsive and helpful when I wanted to change the color of my order. They communicated clearly and followed up with all details to confirm the changes were made. Excellent customer service!

Wonderful customer service
I ordered the Moon pod and the crescent. I was unaware they shipped in separate pieces. Mark was prompt with a response and even followed up when the second piece was out for shipment. Wonderful customer service experience. I am in love with my moon pod!

Cyrelle is amazing!
Cyrelle has been absolutely outstanding! I ordered the full set of Moon Pod products and was stressed that they would not arrive before a long vacation. Cyrelle checked with the warehouse several times on the status of each item and always email me back right away to let me know where things stood. I'm happy to say we received everything before we left, and now I can't wait to relax in my Moon Pod when I get back!

We love the moonpods!!
We love the moonpods! We put them and the crescent on the floor in our kitchen to watch a movie and sat there the whole time! Highly recommend both pieces!

Thank you for your compassion and generosity
I received my Moonpod and the same day cut off the labels, which caused a miniscule tear in the white inner shell. I tried bandage tape and heavy duty scotch tape but was unable to patch the tear as both kept falling off. Mark at Moonpod agreed to replace it, free of charge. I will most certainly purchase the 5 year warranty and am grateful for the generosity.

I had to reach out to Moonpod's…
I had to reach out to Moonpod's customer service two or three times. Each time I had the same person address my concerns and he (Mark) responded quickly and courteously every time. Really a great experience which is so rare with many other retailers.

The product is very well made
The product is very well made. Great bang for the money. I can lay in it for days. The customer service was great too. They answered my questions within hours. I would definitely buy from them again. Thank you!
