It's a total scam! The product is such low quality, not comfortable, and easily breaks! To top the poor product quality, they brought some of the worst customer service reps in the business, that will do ANYTHING to stop you from getting your refund. After multiple email exchanges they agreed to refund me, not before charging me over $97 for my refund! I've never received such horrible service from any company. Stay away and don't get screwed like I did.

Wow, this company is a complete joke. They know they have a terrible product and they do everything in their power to keep customers from returning this product. Like many of you, I saw the ads for this bean bag on instagram and bit the bait (Big mistake). Moon Pod's website boasts hundreds of 5 star reviews. But have you noticed there is not a single review under three stars? They clearly are hiding these reviews because they would probably not be able to sale their product otherwise. Surely out of hundreds of reviews there is at least a three star or two star or even a single one star review. This is extremely dishonest of a company to manipulate their reviews. -CUSTOMER SERVICE- Moon Pod also touts easy returns. THIS IS A LIE. The return process has been a nightmare. Their CS team demands you send photos of the bean bag. And if it's even been used or sat on once they immediately try to discount your return. They refused to return the cover because I put it on the bean bag ($20 loss on my end. What I am I suppose to do with this bean bag cover? What a waste for a brand new cover. I even folded it back in the poly bag). Additionally they charge $62 to return the item (Not optional to ship back on your own), and $15 to restock. To summarize: the Original order cost ($249) - Return shipping cost ($62) - Restocking Cost ($15) - Sleeve Fee ($20). Total refund is $152. My return has also yet to be approved. I wouldn't be surprised if they completely deny it. -ABOUT THE PRODUCT- The Moon Pod just is not comfortable the way they market it to be. It's nearly impossible to lay on without a pillow, I can't imagine anyone napping on this thing. Sitting position is not any better, it lacks back support. From the ads I expected this thing to just swallow my body in a pillow. It's nothing like this. The worst part of all is how loud it is. This thing is extremely loud. Any micro movement at all and you hear thousands of tiny Styrofoam balls rubbing against each other. Moon Pod, you are truly a disappointment.
