Love moon pod, fantastic company and product. I purchased the moon pod first, loved if and after 3 days I went for the foot and arm rest accessories. The trio set is amazing!! It really takes comfort to the next level and is exactly as advertised. It is also shocking light given the size and performance quality. I did have an issue with the space grey color coming in lighter for the accessories. But customer service was excellent, I got a response within 15 mins and was sent replacement sleeves. It’s on the pricier side for a bean bag, but worth every penny and I highly recommend.

Wonderful product, shipping was fast, love it so much I'm getting other accessories for my pod, I also have the neck rest and crescent pod, foot rest will be the last piece to complete set.

I love my POD!!!!! We had a few issues and customer service was fantastic. They responded quickly with solutions and resolve. I can honestly say one of the best experiences dealing with Customer Service of any brand I have worked with. Please start shipping to Canada !

I give Moon Pod 5 star because well worth the price and my 5 rating..Me for 6 years severe back issues. Sitting in a chair, even lying in bed has not been pain free. Not fun living life and always being uncomfortable..Bottom line saw the advertisement rolled the dice and made the purchase. Watched a movie last night in my home pain free and very comfortable all because of the Moon Pod. PS: their customer service is fantastic.. Thanks for reading, BF

I ordered my Moon Pod because I have limited space in my apartment and I work from home. I needed a "chair" that would be comfortable and not take up too much space. So I chose a Moon Pod. The only issue that I would say that needed improvement was the amount of time it took me to receive my Moon Pod. After about 3 weeks the status hadn't changed on the tracking so I reached out to their customer service. They were very prompt and in responding and giving me an update. I appreciated the fast and courteous service. I did finally receive my Moon Pod and I'm in LOVE with it. It was easy to put together (the covering that is). And "bam" it was ready for me to relax in. So if you're like me where you don't have a lot of space - I would recommend you purchase a Moon Pod!!

Excellent product and outstanding customer service! I ordered a space grey moonpod and received it in days. I realized that I needed, (a personal choice really),the crescent in space gray immediately after receiving the moonpod. Their team responded to my request for companion pricing on the crescent as an accommodation saving me money as if I had ordered it at the same time as my moonpod. A quality product with a quality customer service team. Thank you Moonpod. Love the product.

Had a problem with the colors of the moon pod, crescent and lunar lift. They were all gray but each component was a different shade because of the dye lot. I was in touch with the moon pod team. They answered my emails promptly and went above and beyond to satisfy my concerns. Very satisfied. Thank you Chris!
