I have never dealt with worse customer service. They have not replied to any email. I got what was obvioulsy a used product, and it was missing the sleeve. Going on 2 weeks and not a single hint at a resolution.

The name of the company that makes the Moonpod is Galaxy Relaxation LLC. Look them up on BBB and Google. What reputable company doesn't have any contact phone number? Do NOT order this product - I cancelled (which was an absolute nightmare to complete with through email) and ordered Yogibo through Amazon which was no hassle whatsoever. Trust me - you will lose your mind emailing this company over and over with no response back. Buyer beware. The marketing campaign is totally misleading.

Horrid Customer Service. I received my mood pod order and cannot get their customer service department to respond to my email. They are horrible to reach, non-responsive, do not have a contact number!!!!!!!!

I just want to know if anyone knows how to reach this company by phone or by email they’re not replying back to me and I made 3 purchases.I should’ve done my research I guess the Christmas spirit has got me !

These pods are horrible. stretch out so you will need mote foam inside. The foam will also shrink at the same time. When I say foam the I mean the same stuff your food probably gets packaged in. If you look at it they must with your finger they will flatten. Spent over $500 and they have stopped responding to any of my messages. Total scam

First things first, I got a promotional piece in the mail in some promotion package and the advertisement claims that this pod can help people with Anxiety.... This is disgusting. The company is taking advantage of vulnerable people and exploiting their mental health issues for profit. Second of all, my brother bought one because he got the same ad I did and fell for it. It's a piece of garbage. The zipper broke within a week. There is no way to tell what's top and what's down, it feels like it sinks, and overall the product would be something similar to a beanbag found at walmart. Seems like a scam. Also, i'd like to point out that i literally made an account on this platform just to write about this company so I feel like that says something about how upset the advertising and product made me.

TLDR: This company is a scam. Don't be fooled by the fake "testimonials" and the fancy photos. Take note (I didn't, shame on me) Moonpod doesn't have an Instagram page or Google Review page so that people can't leave bad reviews. The photos pictured on the product website are misleading: this is nothing more than a cheap beanbag company with great social media marketers on staff. You'll get barely 50% of your money back after restocking and shipping "fees" -- a fact that is obviously well-hidden on the website.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! It is tiny and you can feel the floor when you sit in it...the picture is misleading and they will not give my full refund!!!!
