I ordered the new pillow and got it yesterday. My neck always sore when I wake up in the morning but not today. The pillow is amazing. I love my new pillow.

I was waiting (very impatiently) for an email,saying that my Moonpod had shipped. I asked for help to locate my order to let me know the status. Hiyezel let me know that they would look into it right away. In the meantime (later that day) I received the email that my Moonpod had shipped. The email correspondence back and forth was pleasant and helpful, and understanding. I really appreciated that.

I have a moon pod and crescent that needed additional filler. I love the moon pod. Most comfortable seat in the house! I bought one bag of filler and was able to refill both the crescent and the pod. The instructions for filling were excellent and we followed them to the "T". Now my pod and crescent are even more comfortable. Thanks!

Amazing experience! Phenomenal customer treatment! I ordered a moon pod and pillow online. Tracking was provided and the product arrived within five days. The only downside was the matching pillow did not have the pillowcase in the color that I requested. I sent an email into the moon pod customer service center and within 30 minutes they responded and corrected the issue immediately! The product is amazing but their customer service team put it over the top for me and my family! Thank you so much for the great experience!

I was missing the moon pod sleeve in my order. As soon as I contacted Moon Pod, Cyrelle instantly responded to my email and the sleeve was resent to me that same day. I assembled my super moon pod as soon as I got the sleeve. It is so comfortable. My husband and I love it! The super moon pod is so worth it. Cyrelle thank you again for helping me with my order.
