No seriously, don't buy it. I know that it seems like a good product with their suspiciously good feedback, but it's 100% damage control. On their website they delete, or refuse to post, every single bad review sent out. The only reason this company even floats is because there is so much DAMAGE CONTROL. Drew Gooden even tested it in a few of his videos. In my own experience, this overpriced bean bag feels like it's made out if STYROFOAM. Do yourself a favor and just avoid the hell out of this company. Buy your bean bag chair on a third party website like Amazon where they can't control the feedback like the review tyrants they are, or give some manipulative "oooo sorry that u feel that way" corporate gaslighting response.

Terrible quality. Bought the full set (crescent, pod, foot rest) and it all sags within just 6 months. (And users are fit, 102lbs or 150lbs!) Asked to address and was told I’d get the “fillers” but no response since I followed up multiple times. Highly, highly disappointed and not worth how much I spent for this.

aassdd1111111@126 This the email address that popped up in my email that advised me that this is who I paid thru PayPal for my SCAMMED MOON POD TODAY… I PAID $100 on a company that advises they have an Outlet with cheaper items that are affordable. This is why I despise website purchasing. Will never do this again. Thank you Moon Pod… I see you have celebrities on your regular website. However as consumers, we are getting completely Robbed, just because we wanted to relax in one of your REAL BEANBAGS at a affordable price for OUR Pockets..But I will NEVER GET THAT OPPORTUNITY.

Over priced, no-one returns emails. No phone number to call customer service. unfulfilled orders, keep trying to get my cover for the foot rest. All pieces over priced .$600.00 for 3 pieces. they should reimburse customers at lease $300. for the ones that bought all 3. not worth the money Very Over Priced. I feel they need to reimburse me half of what I paid. for over priced and the inconvenience

Ordered from the so called outlet store. Checked on it today and found out it’s all a scam. Sent me a small packet weighing 2.74 oz and not even going to my address. There’s a site they can be reported at ic3.gov. Hopefully these jerks get caught.

I highly caution you against buying anything here. I saw the Moonpod show up in a lot of independent review sites so I assumed it was legit. Ordered one in 4/28. Got an email on 5/18 telling me it had been shipped, with a tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number took me to a FedEx page where the shipment was pending. Waited a few more weeks and send an email to them on 6/7. Got a fairly fast response explaining that the "fulfilment department" was behind on sending tracking numbers. Sent another email on 6/17, got the same response, word for word. At that point sent a stop payment to my cc company and have heard nothing since. Avoid this company and save yourself the hassle.

Absolute scam do not buy from them! I purchased the moon pod and the ottoman received the moonpod real quick no cover for it the ottoman came about a week later with a cover wanted to return it their no hassle easy return is a bunch of crap because they only give you two weeks to do it in but there isn't a contact phone number that you can get a hold of anybody all it is is an email and when you try to go on to their live support no one's there. HUGE SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE !!!!!
