I ordered 3 items - 2 sipped and I was charged for the two I received - zero communication on the 3rd item (backordered, cancelled, discontinued) and I was receiving email spam to rate the 3rd item that never shipped? Just a mess… thankfully I did not spend much here. I never said I wasn’t charged for the items I received… read above, I did not edit that - I said one item was cancelled with zero communication regarding the cancellation. Also note that there is a pending change on my CC for the items I was charged for already. The pending change is for 12/25 - I hope that doesn’t post.

I mistakenly ordered 6SN7 NOS tubes instead of the VT231 versions I intended to buy. After realizing my error, I contacted the company within an hour to request that they not ship my order as an error had been made. However, they shipped it anyway, charging me $19.25 for shipping 2.5 hours away, which should have only cost $3. While $19.25 isn't a huge amount of money, I believe the company shouldn't profit from my mistake. I paid $156.75 for the tubes and was only refunded $137.50. I had to take time off work to refuse the package, and if it had been delivered, I would have been stuck with the tubes because they don't do refunds on tubes. I believe they intentionally tried to stick me with those tubes because they didn't have to ship them. They didn't have time to ship them in less than an hour. They had a vice grip on my money and didn't want to let it go, which is why they refused to cancel the order. This situation could have been avoided if they had canceled my order as requested. It's wrong to force a product on someone when the order was made in error. It's also wrong to profit from shipping fees only 2.5 hours away. I noticed this company has every excuse in the book when their dirty laundry is aired for everyone to see. In the end, they was forced to refund some of my money because I made sure I was home to refuse the package. I would of lost all my money if the tubes had been delivered an thats exactly what they was hoping for.

Not only was Moon Audio the ONLY place that I could find the highly-coveted Audeze Maxwells for Xbox (everywhere else was out-of-stock) but it was immediately shipped and I received it in only a few days! I would without hesitation do business with them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality consumer electronics!
