The entire ordering process was easy, smooth, and carried through in a professional manner. Slight confusion in the shipping method requested but worked out very well in the end. The item ordered is operating wonderfully so far but I hope to stay in touch with MOON AUDIO and/or CHORD to help with any product support and questions.

Another exceptional experience with Moon Audio: great customer service; friendly, helpful communication with almost immediate responsiveness; extraordinarily fast processing and shipment, and a delivery within two days of my initial order. Your mileage (from Cary, N.C.) may vary, but Moon Audio's professional and personal attention to your order will not. A wonderful company staffed by genuinely decent people and providing the very highest quality products.

The cable I purchased sounds decent. Not amazing, nor world-changing and definitely not award-winning. They say the cable requires a break-in period of roughly 40 hours, which in most cases will conveniently eat up the 30-day return window or get your ears used to the sound. In my opinion the gear they sell is harshly overpriced. But you get what you bought and the package arrived quite fast. However they charge a hefty price for the delivery, especially outside the US (~40$). Of course every upgrade or express delivery costs extra. Customs are also not included and have to be paid additionally. Considering prices in their shop this could at least be taken care of. In case you want to return an item, you are obliged to pay for shipping again and a restocking fee of up to 20% might be added. All in all you can think about the products what you want, but their customer service is quite dissatisfying to say the least.

Hi Nils, thank you for the feedback. We recommend connecting your headphones or audio gear via a streaming service on low volume overnight for 2 days which will get you to the recommended 40 hours of break in time very quickly. Our restocking fee is 10%, not 20%, so I'm confused about your response on this. We cannot cover import fees and they will always be the responsiblity of the buyer. This is standard for all online stores that ship outside of their country. Due to the variable fees charged by each country, there is no way to absorb these fees on our side. Please reach out to us at sales(at)moon-audio.com anytime with any support needed along the way. We pride ourselves in offering excellent customer service before, during and after the sale. We'd love to help you with any questions you might have. Thank you, Liz

The delivery date was constantly changing. The package was securely packaged. The headphone has exceed my expectation. The product is well made and comfortable to wear during extended listening sessions.

Hi Charles, thanks so much for the review. Since you placed an order during the Black Friday weekend, the Fedex system was a bit overloaded during this time due to the sheer volume of shipments. We cannot control any delays from Fedex or USPS, but thank you for the feedback. We are thrilled you are enjoying your new headphones!
