I have purchased a few things from Moon Audio. Primarily various cables, which I find to be extremely high-quality. All of my interactions with them are positive and professional. They are one of my go-to sites for all things audio.

I ordered a pair of binding posts. One of the two came a bit damaged but I was able to fix it. Not Moon-Audio's fault directly. However, might want to package with a bit more protection as the binding post metal is soft and can be easily bent. Easy to fix, though. Fast service and I got what I ordered. Would do business with again,.
