I was disappointed when I found out after ordering my Audio Technica VM745xML cartridge, which was listed on the website as “in stock,” that it was actually on back order. However, the staff was friendly, kept me updated, and ultimately delivered my new cartridge about a month later.

Ordered a new silver dragon portable headphone cable. It was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. They’re significantly more flexible and lighter than the standard silver dragon headphone cable I already had. Just right for portable use on the go. The audio quality is a clear improvement over the stock cable. The ability to customize is great: the shorter length and the 90 degree connector I ordered works better for my use than the stock cable.

Hi Tom, we built and shipped your order for 3 custom audio cables on 1/23/26, the same day you placed the order. Unfortunately, we cannot control delivery times with Fedex or mother nature, that shuts down or delays Fedex routes on the east coast due to record snowfalls. ;) I do see Fedex did attempt to deliver your package on Saturday but the business was closed. Fedex was also not delivering packages again today, 2/2/26 due to another snowfall over the weekend. It looks like they will reattempt delivery tomorrow to you and we'll monitor this shipment to make sure it arrives to you shortly. Thanks so much for your patience.
