I've been with moomoo nearly nine months. Their app takes some getting used to, but once you master it you realise it's full of useful knowledge and potential for the investor. To date, I've learnt about EFTs, short positions, fractional trading, candle sticks, Fibonacci signs and paper trading. The customer support is amazing. They'll get back to you within a few minutes, and usually you'll be talking to a real human instead of a bot.

The UX experience overall has been very intuitive, making the passive income generation journey less daunting. The teams efforts to build and maintain a community on top of a trading platform aimed at retail investors is an added bonus to those that are new to all of this, so definitely creates value. The only sticking points right now for me that I'd hope to see the team working on in future for AU-based clients: - access to more markets globally. - ability to transfer in foreign currency funds rather than forcing clients to use in-house/moomoo's rates. - holding multi currency at capped amounts so clients can make decisions to repatriate it reinvest? (Yes I understand there could be restrictions and regulations constraints around this.)
