MooielightReviews of mooielight.com

The light was half the diameter of the original it was meant to have copied, but the elements had not been scaled down. So it is a clumsy, Ill -proportioned mess. None of the pictures or descriptions on the website make this clear. The reply I received when I contacted Mooie was rude and dismissive. Their solution was that I pay for the light to be shipped back to China, which was cost prohibitive. Will contract trading standards.

I received a beautiful Bell Pepper Table Lamp. It is exactly like on the pictures. The packaging was great too: the whole lamp was very well protected. Very professional. Thank you!

We bought pendent light that were junk. 400.00 in the trash.

I have received 2 pendant lights 4 months later that don't fit Canadian standards. Not even talking about the completely different gold than in the picture. Customer service is terrible and don't want to return money unless I pay for shipping back to China. I am not wasting any more of my money!

Excellent dispatch and postal service (arrived in less than a month) but website needs to be clearer that goods are coming from China and therefore duty will need to be paid. Lights themselves are as described but I expected better quality for the money - the smoked glass is a little irregular and the black plastic pendant cables would look so much better if fabric covered (like another manufacturer we have ordered from recently). Would also be great if Mooielight did coordinating wall lights.

The Serge Mouille single arm lights took a total of 48 days to arrive but during this time I emailed and I got reassurance they were on their way. They are very well made and includes all part required to wall fixing. I have asked for additional UK plugs which were also added free of charge. Overall I great experience.

Ordered 5 pendant lights in January 2020 - order arrived in April !! Then discovered that 3 of the 5 lamps had the fittings missing rendering them useless - contacted them and they said they would send the parts within 24 hours. It is now 28th July and I have just received the missing parts. It is a shame that the delivery service is so bad as the products (when complete) are good value for money .

I purchased two 45cm rattan hanging lights and am so happy with them! The quality of the craftmanship and materials used is excellent. I have been looking a long time and was so relieved that they will work for the space I intended them for and I do not have to return them. I was very impressed that during Covid that I was able to order on July 9th and receive my parcel 11 days later (from China to Canada). I was able to keep track online as well and knew when to expect them. I have been so pleased with my Mooielight experience. Thank you!
