Hi Shuk Fong Liu, we’re very sorry for the worry and for the delayed reply. Around this period we experienced a surge in emails, along with the Chinese New Year holiday, which unfortunately slowed some responses. Regarding the order, it is currently held at customs. Customs processing is handled by the local authorities and is beyond our direct control, but this can occasionally cause delays in delivery. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. For quicker assistance, please reach out to us on WhatsApp (the number is listed on our Contact Us page) and the team can check the status and assist further.
