I haven't even been able to purchase contacts yet because their website keeps deleting what I have in my cart when I add another item.

I ordered my lenses August 14
I ordered my lenses August 14, it wasn’t shipped until August 19th, but I cannot get the tracking for the life of me. It’s September 1st and my contacts STILL haven’t been delivered. I spent $80 on 3 different contacts too… tried contacting someone and haven’t heard back. Disappointed.

Not a advertised
I tried my order yesterday and was disappointed with the results. The color was supposed to remain at the bottom, as your website advertises it as being “locked” in place. Unfortunately, it did not stay in position and rotated while I was wearing it. As a result, the product did not perform as advertised, and it looked quite awkward when worn. I have reached out to customer service 2 days ago without a respond.

Chinese lenses
I ordered these lenses one week ago and I received an email with tracking number to open on a Chinese website. I can’t translate this website and I have no idea of when my lenses will be delivered. I didn’t know that these lenses were coming from china and I am upset, especially considering the price. I have contacted their support email 2 times and nobody answered.

Missing Parcel and Endless Runaround
I placed an order with MoodyLenses and unfortunately never received it, despite the tracking showing it as delivered. What has been most frustrating is not the missing parcel itself, but the way the situation has been handled. I was repeatedly instructed to contact Royal Mail and obtain a non-receipt confirmation before MoodyLenses would investigate further. However, Royal Mail's own guidance indicates that the sender is normally responsible for initiating investigations into missing parcels. Despite explaining this multiple times and making repeated attempts to contact Royal Mail myself, I kept receiving essentially the same response from customer service asking me to obtain documentation that I was unable to get. The parcel remains missing, and weeks later I am still stuck between the retailer and the carrier, with neither side taking ownership of the issue. As a customer, I should not have to act as the intermediary between the seller and their shipping provider. Communication was polite throughout, but the process felt repetitive and unhelpful, with little effort made to move the case forward. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to order from MoodyLenses again.

This is ridiculous
This is ridiculous. You're asking me for feedback even though I still haven't received my pair of lenses. Before requesting a review, you should ensure that the order has actually been delivered.
