Hi Moody Team, I’m checking on my order #78596 which was placed on April 13th. It has been a full week, but the status is still ‘Not Shipped’ and I have not received any tracking information. Since the order hasn’t been sent out yet, I want to know why it’s delayed. If you cannot ship it immediately, please cancel the order and refund my $47.25 now. I look forward to your prompt response.
