My experience here at mood has been very eye-opening with a new understanding of my behavior and thought process. I find John and Diego very easy to talk to and very easy to be vulnerable. I am all about taking accountability and learning from my mistakes. I find things in my day-to-day life a lot more easier to navigate. I appreciate my support system here at Mood. Keep up the great job folks John and Diego are doing a great job.

My experience with Val was great it only took five or six sessions before I was feeling so much better that I didn't need to talk to her but maybe once a month. And after that session I was no longer in need of her service. But I would recommend Val to anyone.

I have had excellent success since starting therapy. My therapist sends me tips along with things I can do that are relative to my depression, various anxieties, & continuing to evaluate if I have adult ADHD as it is difficult to diagnose at my age, but because of them, I am more hopeful than ever, and so are both my doctor that prescribes my med's and my therapist that they know will how to proceed in the next month to confirm the effects of my current med's.

Cyrush was fantastic--she provided helpful suggestions regarding how to manage anxiety.

I have a great therapist who has helped me elevate my self worth. I feel heard and seen and she leaves weekly homework to get me through the rough days. I recommend mood therapy to everyone. More people need to use this tool especially during this difficult start of 2025.

The process is well-managed, and works. Of course, it helps no end if you have a good rapport with your counsellor, which I was fortunate to establish quickly.
