I have only just started with Mood Health and so far I am impressed. Customer service is responsive and caring. I have only met once with a therapist but she was professional and caring. I look forward to more sessions and making positive progress in my mental health.

Once I got through to an actual person, my appointments would be set 2-3 months later. With Mood, I'm able to make my appointment and talk to a psychologist easily. Getting a prescription a very simple process too. Now that we're in a shelter in place lockdown, Mood has pulled through now more than ever.

Quick easy access to professionals who know what they are doing, just wish there was a more formal website to view appointments and account information.

Overall I think this platform is a solid offering for a reasonable value, something that is considerably lacking in the psychiatry profession as a whole and specifically platforms that health care systems and insurance companies funnel you to from the get go.
