Nneka is a good listener, and she seems well informed. When I was charged full price by my local pharmacy ($200), Mood got me the medication for $20. So far my experience with this platform has been very positive!

Totally worth every penny. Much easier than waiting several months to get into a doctors office. I love my doctor, she really listens to me and I don’t feel rushed. Scripts sent right to my door in less than a week.

So far I am really enjoying Mood. I used an online psychiatrist through a different teledoc before Mood, but it was very expensive and was not specific to mental health needs. I’ve found Mood to be very kind, caring, communicative, and responsive to me and my needs. Talking about my mental health hasn’t been easy, but the staff and doctors at Mood have made me more comfortable with it. They’ve listened to my concerns and are helping me on my journey to be happy and functional. It’s especially convenient during these times when visiting a doctors office is to be avoided. I’d highly recommend Mood.

Mood has been such a blessing for me! I was really struggling with my mental health when a friend suggested the app which she saw pop up on her Facebook earlier that day. I see a therapist regularly but after a very difficult couple of years I felt like I needed some additional support. The nurse practitioners at Mood did a great job of hearing my story, prescribing what they felt was right for me, giving me a clear and understandable explanation for their decisions, and followed up with me to check in. I highly recommend it!

Best part of this is that you never have to leave the comfort of your own home! From start to finish, appointments are done via zoom meeting and any prescriptions can be mailed to you or sent to the local pharmacy for pickup. I appreciate they’re efficient quick responses to any of my questions. These people have been absolutely amazing. Extremely professional!!

MOOD health has been great for me. From setting the initial appointment, to contacting them about my pharmacy they have been super responsive and I feel like the practitioner I talked to really cares about my input and how to get me feeling better. Definitely recommend to anyone debating using them, they're a lifesaver for me without insurance right now.

I have always had horrible anxiety about meeting with a Psychiatrist, but Mood has made the process insanely easy. I was matched with an awesome psychiatrist who I am so comfortable with, and I look forward to finally feeling some long term relief!

Mood really has been helping me. They have flexible hours and great people who want to help. If anyone is new or nervous to trying mood out I would say I understand your fear and to try it out even if it’s just one appointment. They really listened to me and aim to provide good care.
