I am still waiting to get a therapist.

Providers are not available after work hours. I am only available after 4pm due to my job.

I like how they're efficient in setting appointments & following up with emails & phone calls. Customer service is great, but there's a bigger reason why I gave 3 stars. I think my biggest problem with Mood Health is that I've been a "client" for several months & still have not met with an in-network therapist. I remember receiving information about one therapist that was in my network, & when I signed up for an appointment, there were no more availability for this therapist. (I did this the same day I received the email notification of availability being open.) Till to this day, I have received no therapy, just only a screening episode. They're really kind & efficient in finding out-of-network therapists, but I personally believe they're very limited on in-network providers. The out-of-network therapists charge a lot & even with my insurance that my company pays for, I still have to pay a large sum for the co-pay. It's quite stressful to be honest. I appreciate what Mood Health does in the meantime, but it's unfortunate that I have not received services within this year.

Overall I LOVE Mood, however recent changes to a monthly fee PLUS the appointment fee doesn't sit well with me. I have requested to be canceled and not charged as I feel the appointment fee of $100 for a 10 minute consultation for a prescription refill is ridiculously expensive as is so the new $29 a month fee is just over the top and to much.

I find that my therapist us a good match. I feel like she understands me and is able to relate to my specific latinx issues. On the other hand the scheduling is really far apart. I can only imagine how many patients she must be in charge of. I don't have my next appointment until a month from today. Ideally, she tells me, we should be meeting 4 times per month. So that's why I feel like I cannot give any higher rating

It’s great if you’re in a pinch and need help ASAP, but long term not so much. The video calls are very short and doesn’t feel very personal. The online profile is also difficult to navigate and access.

I started out really liking mood, I did not have insurance and they were great with that. The appointments got progressively shorter and more abrupt. There were less questions each visit. The only question guaranteed: what do you want to do this month with your meds? I am not the professional/physician, I am coming to you because I need help.
