No appointments available. It's been 3.5 months since I have had my initial appointment and I have yet to see any available appointments to make to begin my therapy journey.

Felt like the system is overloaded so I got placed with some random lady. She wasn’t great she made me feel really bad about myself and would hyper focus in on my medications and repeating what I said back to me over and over again. I feel much much worse for it and my mental state is worse than ever.

I have not been able to get a therapist

Decided that I wanted an in-person counseling.

I’d give it 0 if I could. So much work on the clients part. Nothing from Mood. They make it impossible to find a therapist and will charge an ungodly fee for a 10 minute “consultation”. Total scam.

Horrible experience, was referred by my doctor because I was diagnosed with postpartum depression, when I booked my session with April I was really looking forward to it but when I was on the call I was just waiting for the moment to end that call. It was the worst experience ever she made me feel horrible about the way I felt. She treated me as if I was stupid and as if having depression is the best thing.

I had a very bad experience with April Garcia she was rude, not a nice person at all and it made me feel like I was doing something wrong going in to therapy. She cut me off multiple times and that was rude and seems that did not care about my situation. Keep saying that she on time limit. She is horrible I will not use her at all I contact mood ask for some one else.

There never any appointments available. I attempted to schedule an anppointment after seeing a doctor for a therapist and it was 4-6 months out. Ridiculous. I asked for someone to reach out to me and I still haven’t heard anything.
