This is a great company, with a great product and wonderful customer service. I’ve been a regular customer of theirs for about a year now, and their products are consistently good, and effective. They have something for everyone. As mentioned, their customer service is very good. I’ve had just a small number of issues with my orders, and each time I’ve reached out, I felt like I was talking with a person, not a company or department. I’ve even had personalized follow-up emails after my issue was resolved just to say thank you. If I had one criticism, it’s the lack of shipping options. There’s only one type of shipping, and there is no option to have anything expedited. But seriously, if you’re not sure, or not know where to start, there are wonderful people at Mood that can help. I’ll be a customer for the foreseeable future.
