Quality merchandise in various forms
Quality merchandise in various forms. Very discrete shipping, with arrival usually before estimated date. The new Vapes are simple to use with LED % for low battery and amount left...which is nice as it lets me know when it is time to re-order :)

Hi there, We’re so glad you’re enjoying our quality products and discreet, speedy shipping. The LED on the new vapes is a game-changer, right? 😄 No more surprises - just easy re-orders and peace of mind. ✌️ So glad you’re part of the Mood experience! ~ Mood Cannabis Concierge Team

I'm always in the mood!
Mood products are most enjoyable, and the deliveries are always on time. My only suggestion is that the company might consider adding something free to one's order. Perhaps a free pre-roll included in an order could be included if the purchase is over a certain amount.

Great products, bad shipping
The products and customer support are terrific! However, with next day shipping available, and Mood not even offering the option for quicker shipping, I find it annoying. Waiting a week or more to receive the order, makes the product seem less fresh and is frustrating by today’s standards. I’d be happy to pay for quicker shipping.

We totally understand how faster shipping can make a big difference, and we really appreciate your suggestion. We’ll keep it in mind as we work to make the Mood experience even better. Remember, with our 100-day happiness guarantee, you can shop with confidence knowing we’ve got your back, even if shipping isn’t lightning fast. ⚡ ~ Mood Cannabis Concierge Team

Quality is beyond reproach with mood
Quality is beyond reproach with mood. Every product is exactly as advertised. And with the money back guarantees it’s silly not to try new things. There’s bound to be something for everyone.
