My granddaughter is very fixed in her ideas as to what is a suitable toy for my 15month old great grandson! I have bought 9 items from Montessori and all have received enthusiastic reception!

I had a very positive experience ordering from Montessori and will do so again. I took advantage of the Black Friday sales so the prices were very reasonable considering the quality. Made an error while ordering and received a response just a few days later.Items arrived within two weeks and they are well made, not cheap plastic.

Ordered Christmas presents on Nov. 20, thinking that was ample time with the 5-8-business-days delivery promise. Well here it is Dec. 10, and no delivery. I don’t even have a delivery date. They send a useless tracking link and bald-face lie. Second time I complained, they said they were resending my order, except they sent me the initial tracking link for my “new” order — oops! I’m thinking this is a Chinese company that’s having a difficult time with the new tariffs. I’m disputing charge either my credit card. Don’t order from them.

I have purchased several products as gifts for my grandson, currently age 3. I appreciate the quality and particularly enjoy the wooden items.

I placed an order on November 21, 2025. As of December 10, I have not received it. Customer service has responded to my inquiries and said I should expect it around December 18 - but can't tell me if that's the full order or just part of it. (I only received tracking for two of the items I ordered.) At this point, it will have taken nearly ONE MONTH to get my order, assuming it arrives on December 18. The shipping info on the site says 4-6 business days. Nowhere does it say that's after it has come from China and cleared customs. Extremely deceptive and disappointing. I will NEVER order from this company again. UPDATE 12/24/25: One item arrived and is a cheap knock off. Two items arrived yesterday and are ok but too late for when I needed them. Two items are lost in transit and I’ve been promised a credit. TBD if I ever get it. I scrambled to get replacement gifts for the five items. I may return the one cheap knock off item but I suspect it has to be mailed to China at my cost so not worth it. I submitted a negative review on their site but of course they didn’t post it. STRONGLY ADVISE AVOIDING THIS SITE!

First gift for our first grandchild was the spaceship looking silicone teething/grasping toy. It arrived before he was born, he is almost 6 months old now, and he has used it to increasingly more sophisticated levels as he develops. I just ordered two new Montessori Generation toys, stacking cups and an interactive book for his first Christmas and they were delivered super quickly, ready for the big day!

The quiet books I bought are well made and each contains necessary skills for children to learn. The books will be helpful at different stages of development.
