I would give this company a negative star if it were possible. I ordered several gifts for Christmas in more than enough time for delivery, before Thanksgiving. Tracking said “in transit”. Apparently that means nothing. When I wrote to inquire about my order, I was told that the package was “mislabeled” and it’s “in transit”. It appears it will get here in January. They were no help at all in solving the problem. I would never order from this company. Not trustworthy, poor service.

The toys are great, well made and last...they feel good too often made with wood. Service can not be faulted, I buy all my grandchildrens presents from here 🎁

Everything I’ve ordered from Montessori for 5 grandchildren has been of excellent quality and well received by the kids. The items are beautiful and durable. They are a good value for the price since they last through many play sessions.

I am thrilled with the quality and cuteness of the Santa’s workshop. I had a question regarding my bill and received excellent customer service and a very quick resolution. I highly recommend this store and these products.

I am a returning customer as I know Montessori toys stimulate learning through fun and are known to be well made. I ordered Christmas gifts for my grandson in early November. The payment was quickly completed. A few days later I recieved a “ Montessori Guide”( to buy more toys) but no product. A week later 2 of 3 toys arrived. The most expensive one I was able to trace back to China. Though Very disappointed that this toy was coming from china( where we know some materials are not healthy for babies) I at least understood the lag. I then ordered the felt zoo for him which I recieved in 4 days. The missing Traveling Farm, the most expensive item and the one I wanted most and quickly, since he is traveling to Europe for Christmas with his mothers side of family, has not arrived yet but can be tracked that it has been in NJ ( I’m in MA) for 9 days. I have had NUMEROUS communications with Montessori , one of which they asked for a photo of what I “ had recieved” and also a photo of the shipping box with the label included. Who keeps every shipping box once it’s been determined that the contents stated are there? In order to facilitate an early Christmas with my grandson, my gifts were out of the shipping box and wrapped… all but the farm… and it’s “still in New Jersey “. Very frustrated. And very disappointed. And out $65+ with tax.

Everything I've purchased from them has been shipped very promptly. I've bought several toys from them for my grandson and he has loved every one of them. I will continue to buy from them

This is admittedly our first order with them, but I can’t say we will order from them again. We received the product for our 18 month old. It was a felt Christmas tree with stick on ornaments. The ornaments had Velcro just hot glued on. It arrived with the Velcro tabs loose or fallen off already. Many more came off over the next few weeks. These Velcro tabs are terrible choking hazards. In this world, a poorly manufactured product is not that uncommon. When I reached out to request a refund, I expected a simple process since they advertise “easy returns - no questions asked” on their landing page. After 2 days, they responded asking for pictures/proof and stating that they would let me know the next steps we could take after that. Not easy, definitely questions asked. To add to that, I figured that certainly I couldn’t be the only person experiencing this since it is just hot glue on felt. So I go to look at other reviews. Checking out the 1, 2, and 3 star reviews and they are all either neutral or positive. No negative experience or criticism. So, while I can’t prove it, that certainly is a lot of evidence that they are also curating reviews and keeping negative feedback out of public view. While I know that is their right on their own website, it is a terrible breach of trust!

I have high hopes that the toys I ordered on November 20th will be well worth the wait for my grandkids. It is now December 10th and I don’t have anything yet, and not sure when they will be coming ( they appear to be in NJ as of today). So right now I would hesitate to order again in the future
