The website was easy to navigate. The tracking process accurate. Toys beautifully made and very age appropriate. You got exactly what was stated that you would get. The children loved the toys. My first experience and will Def continue to shop here. Have recommended to the rest of my family.

I ordered a toy from them on November 17. It was supposed to be delivered by December 5. As of December 17, the package is untraceable on their site and on the delivery site. Their customer service has not been helpful. I am hoping they will refund my purchase.

This company is a scam. They would not cancel my order. Their excuse for not sending the toy I ordered is that there was a problem with the shipping label and have to reorder. It has been over 3 weeks and nothing. They stall in order to keep their money and look like they are resolving. I believe AI has taken over and good reviews are fake. I disputed with my credit card . They gave me a sob story to resolve personally with them or I won’t get Christmas presents on time. I will not. Let my credit card deal with them and many others.

Great age appropriate advice on what toys to buy . Quality educational toys that last and are safe for our grandchildren.

No returns from what I have experienced. No labels, no customer service response. Zero! On top of that, 2 toys I was charged for a month ago have not arrived and website says OUT of STOCK- but NO credit back on my credit card. This is called STEALING

I ordered a felt Christmas tree with felt decorations that attach with velcro. It arrived on time, in good condition. My grand-daughter loves playing with it. As each year passes, she engages more with it. After a while I had to sew the velcro back on to make it more secure.

I have bought so many products from Montessori generation and they are the absolute best in terms of quality. My grandchildren love the puzzles in particular. I have purchased from this company over vthree years and highly recommend them

Was sorely disappointed in how cheaply made their products are. These wouldn’t be worth half the price they are charging. What is worse, though, is their horrid returns process. It is supposed to be extremely easy according to their website, but it has taken multiple emails, a trip to the shipping store plus almost $20 to ship back, and despite a confirmation saying that they have received my tracking information and will issue a refund, I have yet to see any money back in my account.
