MontessorigenerationReviews of montessorigeneration.com

The company is easy to deal with and responsive when I needed them to be. Every product I have bought for my grandchildren has been super high quality, well thought out to engage the children and offers learning while playing. I cannot recommend these products highly enough!

The products are great. I have ordered three times with is company. So educational and great quality. The shipping does sometimes take a while but we are in NZ so not unexpected. I would recommend Montessorigeneration

I order 2 items on 11/22/25 and still have not received my items. It took over three weeks to finally receive tracking details, which has displayed ‘in-transit’ and that was over a week ago. I’ve reached out a couple of times to get an update and I received follow up after the first two inquiries but now I am not receiving any responses from customer service. I am very disappointed with the situation and lack of professionalism from Montessori Generation. I will not order from this company again, and I will be cautioning my family and friends to never order from this company. 5 Thumbs down.👎🏻 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Customer Service is outstanding! I had two different delivery issues for an apartment complex deliveries—the issues were on my end. Both times I received personalized emails that made me feel valued. Even bad news was delivered gracefully when I put the wrong address on my order. And the toys are engaging and long lasting.

The toys were fine when they finally arrived. However, if you have a timeline of when you want your order to come, I’d recommend buying it somewhere else. My shipment came in from Shanghai, China, not from Las Vegas. The tracking was very difficult with a number but no shipping name, and it took two emails to get that info. Then it was stuck in customs and later stuck an hour away due to “weather” which was not happening there for the week(s) it was delayed there. Finally it arrived. I needed it to wrap and send across the country for Christmas. I ordered it in plenty of time. I just think that they should have these items already in the US in a warehouse before saying they are in stock and giving a short ship time because it is misleading.

I ordered a toy and a book for each of my grandsons. One arrived fine and was good quality. The other was shipped to the wrong address and returned, with no notice to me. When I contacted them, they told me they would send an invoice for the new shipping and resend it. Never happened. I sent five emails over four weeks, submitted a contact us form, and even tried to reach them via Instagram. No response. Customer service is horrible.

Ok so two orders delivered and all went well and happy with the quality of the products received. The low stars is for the third order apparently shipped on the 2 December but not received to date and no tracking number in the system. Ok this can happen but try getting someone to contact you from this company with some sort of resolution is impossible. I have sent multiple emails and apart from the first reply that promised resolution nothing, i am well and truely being avoided. Very disappointed Christmas presents need to be replaced and now i have to follow up getting my money back with my credit facility.

I wish I had looked into this company before I ordered . Still waiting for my items a month later. I finally received a date of delivery but then it changed to a “unable to deliver” response from the company . There is no way to find out who was supposed to be delivering and as of today no response from the company . They DID however email me a “ free” Montessori home guide I did not request and claimed it was part of my order. Avoid this company like the plague. So disappointed
