I worked with Josh Knowles. He was very communicative, clear, and was always available to answer any questions and provide me with the information I needed. I got my medal order sorted out and completed early and efficiently. Also, the person I received the package from was excellent. I was happy the Monterey Company had a relationship with DHL.

My experience with The Monterey Company was great! No matter how many questions I asked of the representative - Eric Turney - he was polite, helpful and enthusiastic. Above all that, our ornaments looked great and arrived in time for our event. Thank you!

In an era where customer service is automated, it was refreshing to talk to a human. Additionally, Josh responded to my requests and answered my questions in a timely fashion, very professional. Customer service was excellent. When I needed an alternatives to my initial selection he was able to give me several that met my criteria. Definitely will continue to establish a relationship with the Monterey company.
