Product was fine, but they are not American-made. I had selected to purchase from the company because I was trying to support an American business who manufactures in the U.S., and their website says, “Nestled in beautiful Bend, Oregon, The Monterey Company, Inc. has been crafting high-quality metal products, stylish headwear, and quality custom promotional items since 1989.” When the package arrived, I was surprised to see the return address in China. Sharing this review so other customers are aware if they are trying to support local businesses. Just want folks to know what they’re buying.

I paid to have a patch made. I was very disappointed in the product that was made and felt offended over the lack of effort but forth. The first sample I received wasn’t what I had envisioned so I sent in a rough sketch of what my team wanted. The next wasn’t quite right and the third image was literally my sketch digitalized in color. No effort was placed into the logo to make it professional so I was not going to pay for more additional artwork to be made if they weren’t going to try. I am extremely disappointed, and I have the artwork to back my claims. I would not recommend this company.
