Poor service! First time ordering was this summer and I got the mystery purse. Was pleased and started to follow their company. I ordered three items on Sept 9 2025. I got charged for all three and recieved one. Said they were getting shipped separately. Called twice to listed number and spoke to Jenny. She told me they were shipped from Texas to New Jersey before being sent to me in Michigan. That sounded crazy. Called this week again and she said she would follow up with a email. She did not. I called again today October 3, 2025 (3rd call) Jenny again. This time the tracking says USPS holding due to counterfeit shipping! What the heck does that mean? I requested my money back since they had no problem charging my card for everything at the time I ordered. She said to expect my money back on original form of payment in 48 hours. I am done with this company. I think they are sent from out of the country and when asked, Jenny denied. Hoping for the best and the refund comes thru. Buyer beware!

She went above and BEYOND to make sure I was pleased and taken care of after going through difficulties in getting my purchase, due to a delivery problem with the carrier. She literally contacted me PERSONALLY by phone asking what she could do to rectify the situation. That was a FIRST for me from ANY company. Made me feel like the company actually CARED about their customers. In MY eyes, she SAVED the company’s reputation
