Great service and the quality listenig all the request

I wish I had of googled them before purchasing and seen there other bad reviews!! I purchased several items and didn’t receive any!! Customer service are dreadful!! So now they’ve took my money and u didn’t get my order!! Worst customer service!! AVOID!!

My order was supposed to come today. The shipping was Royal Mail first class but I just got an email today that the label has just been created and it will take 2 days to even update the tracking??? What?? I emailed them to know what’s going on, and that I’m not impressed. I would’ve ordered from a different company who ships quicker if I knew of this, but no response. Change what it says on the delivery or give people the option for other delivery options to get it quicker!!!!!! Order: 40609

I’ve made around 10 orders from Monster Piercing in the last year and I can say from experience they are the best online jewellery retailer for the style of earring I buy. I have a few cartilage piercings and I love to change up the jewellery and Monster piercing offers so many different styles. I always buy their titanium push fit earrings and all of my earrings have been amazing. They look great, fit well and it is quality titanium that has never irritated my ears. I’ve also bought a couple of click ring earrings for my forward helix which are beautiful and stay in place. Helix piercings are the most sensitive and I have 5 of them and every earring I bought for my helixes has been great. The push fit style is my go to now as I don’t lose the earring / risk it unscrewing. I’ve never lost an earring since switching to push fit. Whenever I’ve needed help I’ve sent them an email and Susan has always been really helpful. Their pricing is also really reasonable. I would 100% recommend Monster Piercing :-)

Ordered a pair of 20g earrings, what I got sent was a pair of 22g. Not happy as were for my daughter who is newly pierced. Said they would send a replacement - they sent one earring (not a pair like I originally ordered), of exactly the same gauge. Honestly can’t be bothered to deal with them again as their incompetence is hurting my brain. Will just take my money elsewhere.

Absolute waste of money, thought I was getting sent real jewerly for my peircing, instead I got some bendable cheese metal not suitable for peircings what so ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, NOT A PROFESSIONAL PEIRCING COMPANY SELLING REAL METALS, ITS FAKE SHEIN BARS.

Order supposed to take two working days. I am now on five days and still not received. Telephone is AI generated and useless. Says the same thing over and over. No reply to emails either. Of course this is aRoyal Mail issue but they have not received the items yet from sender so how can that be. Really disappointed and angry as items bought as a gift for today. Avoid like the plague

Items purchased a month ago,still haven't received them. Extremely poor and unprofessional customer service. They either completely ignore your email or reply 2 weeks later. The phone number listed on their website is just an AI answering machine which is absolutely usless. Do NOT buy from them. You've been warned.
