Great service and the quality listenig all the request

I’ve made around 10 orders from Monster Piercing in the last year and I can say from experience they are the best online jewellery retailer for the style of earring I buy. I have a few cartilage piercings and I love to change up the jewellery and Monster piercing offers so many different styles. I always buy their titanium push fit earrings and all of my earrings have been amazing. They look great, fit well and it is quality titanium that has never irritated my ears. I’ve also bought a couple of click ring earrings for my forward helix which are beautiful and stay in place. Helix piercings are the most sensitive and I have 5 of them and every earring I bought for my helixes has been great. The push fit style is my go to now as I don’t lose the earring / risk it unscrewing. I’ve never lost an earring since switching to push fit. Whenever I’ve needed help I’ve sent them an email and Susan has always been really helpful. Their pricing is also really reasonable. I would 100% recommend Monster Piercing :-)

Fast dispatch. There was an issue with Royal Mail delivery but they replied to my email promptly and luckily the issue was resolved. The earrings I ordered are really lovely - very happy with them.

Found Monster Piercing while searching for gold piercings. Fantastic service! And fabulous jewelry! Just the smallest hiccup with a previous order which was seamlessly dealt with and constantly been updated by Susan, who did a stellar job at making sure everything is sorted properly. I will only be using monster piercing from now on for all my piercing needs.

my honest review ..i cannot rate this company enough especially susan who gave me fantastic customer service after i ordered the wrong earring size …new to having my 2 3 and 4 lobes i ordered too small and needed to return . she let me exchange and was extremely helpful with emails going back and forth ! will definitely be ordeing again thank you susan

I have used monster piercing twice and both times I’ve had no issues. The jewellery is ordered the first time was too small but that was my error, so I reordered the correct size and have had no issues.

Great seen these amazing nipple bars and had to get them absolutely in love and order some earrings and a septum ring because of it absolutely love them and shocked the reviews r this bad lol
