Onyx-R Excellent machine w/excellent support.
I had questions about shipping after my purchase and the support team answered them right away. I had a small issue and support team was there to help. The Monport Onyx-R is an excellent laser cutter for this beginner. It is built solid, looks sharp, and does a great job at cutting wood, acrylic, and etching on metal.

Super Helpful Fixing Bad Air Compressor
My engraver was experiencing low air pressure. Even my machine was past its warranty date, they sent me a new air compressor at no charge. They also provided clear instructions on how to remove the old air compressor and install the new one.

❌ Sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit Monoport…
❌ Sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit Monoport ❌ Ich habe leider eine Maschine bei Monoport bestellt und danach nur negative Erfahrungen gemacht. Nach genauer Recherche mussten wir feststellen, dass ein Großteil der positiven Bewertungen offensichtlich gefälscht ist. Der Support ist extrem schlecht und reagiert kaum. Das angebliche CE-Zeichen entspricht nicht den Vorschriften und wirkt unseriös. Wir haben den Fall bereits an die Marktüberwachungsbehörde gemeldet. Zudem besitzt Monoport keinen Firmensitz in Deutschland, ein korrektes Impressum ist nicht vorhanden, wodurch rechtliche Schritte erschwert werden. Ich kann nur dringend von einer Bestellung bei Monoport abraten.

I had an issue getting the rotary…
I had an issue getting the rotary working on the Reno45. There were many articles on the internet to make it work but I was not able to get mine going. I asked Monport support and got an answer after 1 day. They sent a video that stepped me though the whole process. Great support!!!
