I must say I was a bit dubious when I ordered a 3D printer from them (cause price was crazy good) but alas, the product was delivery promptly and with per-loaded files ready for my 9 year-old to print away. Where Monoprice really shined however was their Customer Service. Responsive and went above and beyond to remedy a small issue. Cant say enough about what this meant to me & my Son. Paul and his team were awesome and that's why I am writing a review (something I never do!). Kudos to Monoprice for delivering on all fronts: Price, Quality. Customer Support.

I've never had a bad cable from Monoprice nor a bad anything. To this five star rating I now add customer service. I ordered a cable and was told it had shipped. I have no doubt that it had however it never arrived. I contacted Monoprice to confirm that it had been shipped and they concluded it had gone lost and not only sent me a new cable, sent it FedEx. This is a class organization, one I can highly recommend.

after having some problems with my voxel pinter monoprice was more then happy to assist me with fixing this. the voxel part wasn't available that I needed and after speaking with chris he kindly offered to send me a replacement sla printer for the troubles of waiting 4-6 weeks for parts. couldn't be more happier

MonoPrice has great quality products, great prices and great service. Not only that, when things go wrong, they make it right. Even when it's not their fault. Recently, I ordered some cables and they were shipped, shortly after my order. They got delayed in the mail. After a month, I contacted MonoPrice and requested a refund. They gave me a refund on my card, within a few days. I eventually got the cables, but I sent them back, having already acquired cables, locally, as I was not able to trust the mail. I am happy that MonoPrice gave me a refund, even when this delay was, ultimately, not their fault. Thanks!

Recently ordered subwoofer from Monoprice to replace a larger one that went out. In addition to the great performance and very reasonable price, it arrived in one day! Also have ordered cables, adapters, etc. They are the perfect source for both mainstream and specialty electronic items.

Monoprice continues to be my first and only stop for cables, adapters, accessories for over 10 years. Great product selection and top notch customer service which never disappoints!

Excellent Customer Service, csr by email, responded in three days, replacement sent, tested and device still performing well. I will be a returning customer.
