Great customer service, trusty machine. The printer is reliable, relatively easy to use and makes great prints. The biggest downside is the WiFi functionality, which is beyond abismal, you will have to wait past 2 hours to upload a medium sized file. Customer service is fine, they do everything in their hands to help, they do ask you to fill plenty of these.

Ordered from this website for a headphone jack on October 3rd. It’s now October 16th and haven’t received anything. The package was expected October 9th. *Update* customer service has sent a new order and solved the problem. I’ve changed me review to 4 stars

I have always had good experiences with Monoprice. My last experience involved me ordering something that didn't work for my application. I reached out to the Monoprice team to start a refund process. Everything went smooth without any issues. if there's one piece of constructive criticism I would give, it would be a quicker response time to my initial request to start the return process.

Great products and reasonable prices. Purchased some HDMI cables and adapters. Nice heavy gauge shielded cable, good quality and performance. Several of the shorter length cables had molded on chokes which limits their flexibility. Next time I need short cables I may explore one of their other offerings without the chokes. Shipping also took a bit longer than I anticipated. Otherwise very happy with the purchase. The cables and adapters are performing perfectly.

Even though the item did not work properly, they sent me a replacement very fast and was able to assist me in resolving the issue. I am very happy with the support I received.

I never heard of these guys, but one of my fellow lighting directors told me about them, so I gave them a shot. They shipped my gear fast, had a great price, and immediately replaced one of the lights that prematurely died. Customer service was stellar. I'll be back for sure.
