Warranty process was extremely easy and fast

Purchased Apple cables several years ago and one of them stopped powering my iPhone. With Monoprice's unlimited guarantee, I easily went online into my account and requested a new replacement. It was that easy. Monoprice followed up with me via emails and provided me with a tracking number. Several days later it arrived. I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience.

so far all theirs products works as expected. I've bought video and audio devices, and now a 3D printer and filament. love their products and the customer support is awesome.

I have shopped at Monoprice for many years. From the very first time I contacted customer service years and years ago with an issue they have always been more than willing to help. I have never been given canned answers or responses, never been asked to buy items(because they are not in the business to sell people that call them or email them anything). They always listen to my issue and do everything they can to resolve it. Support from them has always been top notch and with the support and care they provide and the items/products they sell I will always be a customer. Thank you Monoprice!

My system did a double order, I emailed Monoprice to cancel one of the orders. I was responded via Email quickly. I called and talked to Tim to make sure that all was well, after he checked,Tim fixed everything in a very short time and put everything back in place.
