I recently purchased a new 2.1 sound system that I selected and installed myself, I just needed audio cables. After a few minutes of browsing Monoprice's website, I selected all the cables I needed and set to pick it up the next day. The next day, I was in and out of the store within minutes with my new cables. These cables were some of the highest quality cables I have seen for a great price. Everything was excellent, from quality to customer service. I would highly recommend Monoprice for anyone in need of electronic cables, especially for audio systems.

They replaced my 3-year old cable! After 3-years of constant use, my usb-lightning cable came apart at the place where they always come apart. After giving my details to Monoprice and asking for a replacement, I was given a case number and told "customer service representative will follow up with your request shortly." I was expecting another email but instead I just received a new cable in the mail. No hassle. They totally stood by their cable's lifetime warranty!

I ordered 7 products, various phone chargers. 2 didn’t work well. I contacted the company and they replaced the parts no questions asked per their warranty. It just took a couple days to come in the mail. SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and I didn’t have to make a phone call - just and email! I will def be doing more business with them.

Over the years, I've purchased a number of products, ranging from cables, connectors, and even ventured into the Outdoor products. My experience has all been positive, and I've reached out to customer service on my last order. They were helpful, fast, and perfect in resolving my shipping issues. And of course the prices just can't be beat. I will continue to recommend and buy from Monoprice, as they can't be beat for the products they offer and customer service is top notch.

Cables? TV wall mounts? Audio? Home electronics? They got it all. Solid company, amazing products, unbeatable prices. I’m the customer for many years and during all those years Monoprice never let me down. Highly recommend. P.S.: A little suggestion to Monoprice’s management. With a launch of Monolith High End audio line it would be extremely helpful for potential buyers to be able audition the product before purchase. You have amazing products, however, lack of reviews and most importantly show rooms where product can by tried, makes purchase decision very difficult. Another alternative to showrooms may be the program where product can be ordered online, tried at home for 30 – 45 days and then returned without shipping or restocking fees. Similar to what RSL or SVS do.

I have purchased several high quality lightning cables from Monoprice. I especially appreciate the lifetime warranty policy which the company really means. They have a very efficient system for replacing or refunding when cables wear out. Customer service is pleasant and responsive. A great company!

Best place to buy cables ! For instance I needed a sata cable for a computer so I went to best buy and picked one up,cost 10$ Monoprice has the same cables for 89 cents.

Great company to work with. Started off getting cables that were wonderful. Got a condenser microphone that was very good as well. I bought some headphones that sounded great but I wanted just one cable feeding earpiece. I told them.Sent them back and got a refund immediately. Great company to work with. The cables are awesome and I believe they give a lifetime guarantee. So glad I found out about them. They have many more products that I'm sure people will be interested in.😊
