DO NOT buy from them........Customer service? Uhhhhhhhh no. I went to their site to let them know the product [3d printer] failed after 5 days..... I got an email back saying someone would contact me within 1 business day.... it's been 10 days and still haven't heard from anyone. Finally got an email and they asked for pictures of a burned up unit......didn't have a picture but I did have a video of the smoke pouring out of it.... SO I sent that..... guess what? NO ONE EVER answered me back...... DO NOT buy from these people......SO I filed a claim on PayPal against them..... guess what? NOW Monoprice has locked me out of my own account.... nice.....

Maybe they were good at one time but I recently purchased an item that is defective. I have contacted customer service 7 times and only gotten an automated email that says we will get right back to you. Don’t trust this company. Cheap prices yes. Product support NONE! Unbelievable!

Advertised a tv as new but sent a refurbished product. Refused to honor the original agreement and send me a new TV but would only offer a refund. Trying to ship back a 65 inch TV is no simple feet plus I would've had to wait weeks for a refund and then order another TV. The purpose of buying a new TV was for football season so I didn't want to waste time waiting for a refund and to buy another TV. I thought this was a waste of my time and I will never buy another product from them again.

bought some headphones for cheap off this site- 25$ for a couple sets of earbuds... seemed legit. NOTHING. Never received the buds. NEVER received any attention to inquiries. CAVEAT LECTOR! this site makes money off small purchasers by never sending product and avoiding confrontation! This happens all too often on the net. Hold these swindlers accountable! I've heard the same story from several friends who DJ around the Richmond/Cville area in VA! just buy from a reputable dealer like amazon. Or Wal-Mart!

Over the years I have bought products from them but their RMA policy will screw you in the end. I bought a 4K monitor that was promoted by 9to5 and it arrived, I installed it and threw out the box thinking it will work. It was defective. One of the reasons I bought from them was overnight shipping. It took them 5 days to issue a RMA. Unlike Amazon, they refused to send a replacement and then refund if I sent back the defective one within 30 days. I asked for a box. They said no. Then lost my business, forever.

they did not honor their return policy even when their cable bags were not opened. on one they even sent me the wrong item. stay away.
