I love Monoprice. I have been shopping with them for a number of years. I find their products to be of excellent quality and their customer service to be outstanding...all while offering very good pricing. I tell all of my friends to look at Monoprice before looking anywhere else for cables, speakers and charging equipment.

I have purchased various cables from Monoprice over 15 years. On the rare occasion that a frequently used cable, connected/ disconnected fails, the customer service to replace it is the best. Should be the benchmark that all companies should strive to achieve. Their competitive pricing, delivery and service are simply the best.

Bought a guitar which is a screaming deal for the quality. Went on sale before I received it. I was instantly given credit for the sale amount difference. Been a customer for many years and only have positive experiences with the products and especially the service. SG

I WROTE A RAVING REVIEW THE OTHER DAY FOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNFORTUNATELY, I TOTALLY MISUNDERSTOOD WHAT THEY WERE PROPOSING. I TRIED TO WORK OUT AN ALTERNATE SOLUTION, BUT WASNT GETTING ANYWHERE. THANKS TO PAUL, IT HAS BEEN RESOLVED TO MY SATISFACTION.

I bought a Monoprice Select Mini 3D printer. I am very happy with the printer, we use it for prototyping propeller for my Tech of Flight class and prototyping parts for my regular Tech projects. The printer prints very detailed object and is a breeze to use. I had the occasion to contact the tech department with a question. They responded in a VERY timely fashion and with more detail and ideas than I reasonably expected. Overall, I am very pleased with the company and this product

I've used monoprice for at least 10 years now - first finding monoprice as a great source for heavy duty AV cables at a great price both for work and home. I always check monoprice for my home network wiring needs and have bought a couple of their robot vacs. Recently I had one of the vacs break a wheel gear by getting stuck under the dishwasher. Their customer service worked with me to diagnose the problem and quickly setup an RMA and I was able to get a replacement easily.

I had an issue with a wireless charger I bought from Monoprice. I contacted them via their chat service and was immediately taken care of. The rep advised me that I had apparently received a defective product, and before I even thought to ask about a refund or replacement, he advised me that he had issued a replacement order at no cost to me and that I didn't even have to worry about returning the defective item. Such great, friendly CUSTOMER SERVICE is hard to come by, and I know this because I work in Customer Service. I highly recommend this company! They are a pleasure to work with and buy from!
