Horrible product. Thought I got a good deal on an audio extension cable, but it echos the sounds in my headphones. Never again from this company.

On March 8th, 2018, I placed an order for a graphics tablet via Monoprice's website. Despite Monoprice's website confirming that I had made their shipping cut off for the day upon purchase (2 day shipping, guaranteed on or before March 12th, 2018), Monoprice failed to ship the item until March 11th, 2018 (they only created a shipping label on March 8th). The total shipping cost was $18.83. I attempted to contact Monoprice to resolve this issue and Monoprice refused to refund the $18.83 shipping cost. Upset that their shipping cut off time was misrepresented and that I could have made a similar purchase elsewhere, I requested to return the item. Monoprice stated that they would place a stop order on the shipment and that it would not be delivered to me. On March 15th, 2018, the package still arrived on my doorstep; I was not home to refuse the package and I am now stuck with this product after Monoprice misrepresented their shipping guarantee and state they would cancel shipping. I attempted to resolve this issue with my credit card company, PayPal, to no avail. This being said, I now need to escalate this to a Attorney General consumer complaint.

What a joke the remote i bought doesnt even work at all. Should of read the reviews first. Everyone said the same i dont know how they can legally sell them, useless.

The worst! I bought a 4T Seagate drive from them. It arrived DOA. Sent it back. Took 2 weeks for a replacement . That too, arrived DOA. Then they refused to replace it a third time and would not refund my money. Will NEVER EVER do business with them again. Seagates are known to be very reliable so not sure how they managed to have two (probably more) bad drives in stock. Are they selling gray goods? Renovated goods? Did they drop an entire box of drives? Did they just rewrap and send me back my old one? No idea... But not reliable, not trustworth.

Expensive product (3D printer) failed just a few months after purchase and although it had a 1 year warranty it took weeks to get any response to multiple attempts to fix it. They refused to replace the one broken part and instead require I send in the whole ~12lb assembly in for work at my cost to ship their and ship back. Previously had luck with their cables but will never purchase anything from them again. Nov 8th, 2018 - just received a "please contact us" type of message about the printer if my issue hasn't been resolved. It was not resolved 10 months ago nor it is resolved now. I've moved on to another brand with out the fire hazard. Google "monoprice printer fires" or the similar "wanhao i3"for the same make that have caused house fires due to multiple flaws.

Used to be a decent company, USED to be! Now they charge for shipping. God forbid you place several orders apart on the same day and they can’t ship in same box. I requested to have 4 same day ordered (within two hours) shipped all together they declined to do it. I will NEVER order from them again! Stay away out of 10 orders 5 have been returned because of defective products! 50% product quality is pathetic!

I feel like I have been scammed by Monoprice. Wrote support in Sept. 2017 about warranty on a cable and they said someone will be in contact with me soon. Not a peep in 3 weeks so I write back in Oct. 2017. Still nothing and today is 11/19/17. I even wrote to their Facebook page with no result. Sure does seem like a scam to sell faulty products and not stand by the warranty if you ask me! Stay far away from Monoprice!!!
