Don't expect to get items shipped before 3 days and expect the shipping to be the slowest method possible: We didn't know FedEx could ship something so slowly! Items (a bunch of cables) ordered on Day-1, label created Day-4, FedEx received on Day-5, moved from one FedEx warehouse to the another every other day. Note: The FedEx warehouses are less than 150 miles apart. At the current rate I've estimated it will take over 10 DAYS to receive the order!!! We figured that out ourselves on GMaps because FedEx doesn't have a delivery date after a week in transit. THIS IS JUST A BUNCH OF CABLES! No special packing or shipping required! Hello, Amazon? I'd like to actually RECEIVE the items I need. What's that? It'll be a little more expense? No problem!

The goods I ordered arrived and they were fine, but their shipping/tracking software is comically stupid, to the point of being more destructive than helpful. I ordered something a few weeks ago that was delayed (fine, it's the holidays), then on the morning of the 31st their web site told me it wouldn't arrive on the 30th or 31st (??? but fine), then I found it that morning outside of the door of my locked building (not fine). I then double-checked the tracking and it hadn't changed yet. I ordered another something earlier this week. After a short delay it told me it would arrive on Friday. I checked it Thursday and it said it would now be arriving next week. I walked through my mail room that afternoon and found it sitting there. Just double-checked the tracking site, still says it's projected to arrive next week. In both cases, their tracking page shows a map with icons on it as though it's going to give you real-time updates, it never updates.

I used to like this company but they now will send junk daily to my email. I 've twice tried to unsubscribe but they keep sending stuff. They do a good job, just block them immediately as they will load you email box

We bought 50 of their docks and they're frying our MacBook pros because of poor power specs. They won't return or refund. The same docks cause many issues with our Lenovo x1 carbons as well. After Monoprice saw this review on Trustpilot, they immediately got ahold of me and replaced the failed devices within days and resolved the problem. Disappointing that their support system didn't work and it took a Trustpilot review to get the help we needed. We're happy with their response after posting this review though.

Monoprince customer service is horrible. I had cat 6 cable part of their recall. They sent the replacement cable to the wrong address, even though I had filled out the address on the recall form. They sent it out again, but ground, and taking over a week to arrive, too late for me to use in the project. Customer support never answers the phone, and when they do they take 24hrs to get back to you on anything. Best to avoid if possible. -- Update -- Finally was able to get ahold of the CS manager and was able to get a new roll shipped out in time. I do appreciate the time and effort he spent to reach out and resolve this issue. Upgrading to 3 stars because I feel there were so many errors up to that point.

As long as you don't expect to get your items on-time -- you'll be OK. I would not have an issue - but the fact that I am paying for shipping - the least you could do is ship timely and provide realistic delivery dates. Placed 2 orders within the past 2 weeks - both are / were late

i have been impressed with the people that I have chatted with but less so in my interactions through email. The tech I seem to get each time diagnosed my problem as being the board in my printer has failed. But in my dealings with customer service, it seems to take a while and there is almost always a request for more information or or in my case the information being in the wrong file type. This has been made more difficult because it purchased my printer through Amazon. My printer has been down for a month. I do realize that I have issues that make it difficult to communicate through this but

I ordered some of the zero boot patch cables this month. The cables were about equal quality to what I could've made on my own, but would've spent a good portion of a day making them. So I ordered them from Monoprice. The product I don't an issue with. It's Monoprice. Firstly, it took 9 days to process and ship my order. I understand if you didn't have an item and shipped it later. Just let me know. I ordered them well before the Christmas holiday rush. I received one cable out of 32 ordered on or around Christmas Eve. One cable. It took nearly THREE WEEKS to fulfillment. That's not my biggest gripe. I left a review BEFORE I received my order, as Monoprice had emailed me to do so. I left a review of both the product and their failure with some screenshots of my order dates. IT WAS DELETED! My review was deleted because it was negative. Monoprice is not interested in unbiased reviews. Don't worry Monoprice, you can't delete the internet. I took screenshots of my review and just reposted them to your website. If you delete that one, I'll never buy from you again. Monoprice, suppressors of free speech.
